Lake Charles AFB Stationery, Lake Charles. LA, 1953. Boxed Set. Condition: Box and stationery in overall excellent condition. 48 sheets of stationery, 24 envelopes. Stationery is pale blue with white border. Upper left corner is a pair of white wings outlined in dark blue, blue circle at center, inside circle is a star with wings. Right side printed in cursive: Lake Charles Air Force Base, Lake Charles, Louisiana. Bottom half of stationery is a picture of a B-47 in flight over Lake Charles AFB. Envelopes are letter size, printed on left front side different view of B-47 in flight over AFB, on back are pair of wings with patch. Stationery box is blue with red lettering, front has photo of B-47 taking off.
