Patterns like new. 20 pattern Pieces. Top with short, raglan sleeves, bias tape casing and elastic and neck ruffle forms casing for elastic. Top with square front and back neckline, sleeves gathered at cap with above elbow bias tape casing and elastic. Skirt with ruffle or three-tiered skirt have waistband and back zipper.
